Our backups
We back up every hosting account daily to off-site storage and keep each backup for 20 days.
Restore it yourself
- Log in to cPanel and open JetBackup 5.
- Choose what to restore: Home Directory for files, Databases, or Emails.
- Pick the date to restore from, select the items, and click Restore.
A restore overwrites the current copy. If you're not sure, restore to a download first, or ask us.
Ask us to restore
Open a ticket and tell us what to restore (a file, folder, database or mailbox) and the date you want it restored from.
Keep your own copy too
Before big changes, such as a redesign or a WordPress update, download a copy of your site. You can do this from JetBackup or from Backup in cPanel.
