Your client area
The client area is where you manage your account with us: services, domains, invoices and support tickets.
- Go to hosting.webcafe.co.za/clientarea.php.
- Enter the email address and password you used when you ordered.
- Forgot your password? Choose Forgot password and we'll email you a reset link.
cPanel
cPanel is the control panel for your hosting. You use it to create email accounts, upload your website, install WordPress and more.
The quickest way in is from the client area:
- Log in to the client area.
- Open Services and choose your hosting plan.
- Click Log in to cPanel. You won't need a separate password.
You can also log in directly at https://cpanel.yourdomain.co.za (use your own domain) with the cPanel username and password from your welcome email.
Webmail
To read email in your browser, go to https://webmail.yourdomain.co.za and log in with your full email address and its password. See Using webmail for more.
